I love sharing my stories with people and I recently did just that when I was interviewed by Phil Morgan on the Positive Phil Show. On the podcast, I spoke about my passion for public relations (PR) and social media, the importance of personal branding and how to stand out against competitors on and offline.

Phil asked me why I loved my job and it was easy to answer. The ability to give people the tools to help them grow their careers and businesses motivates me every day. Having a passion for your business is paramount and it must be deeper than just making money, people will not want to help you if you are money hungry.

Another topic I spoke about with Phil was how your ambition reflects on your personal brand. Your personal brand will play a great part in your business’ success.

Well respected and trusted personal brands are more likely to be referred and recommended, this is important as people buy from people. People will respond positively if you are genuine, and are having a positive influence on their lives and businesses.
